Shipping Policy
Shop for Marble will provide the estimates rates based on origin and destination locations, volume, weight, season and constantly fluctuating fuel costs and, therefore, are subject to change at any time. We work with third-party shippers and try to get the best quote for your delivery address. All shipments will be a based on a residential address and liftgate at delivery (curbside).
We provide the tracking information to you once your order has left our Warehouse. Once you get the tracking information, you can track your order on freight company’s website. Shop for Marble will not held liable for delays in delivery times. All products must be inspected for damage upon receiving material. Notation of damage must be made on Bill of Lading with the freight carrier. Also, customers have the right to arrange for their own shipping company.
Return Policy
We accept return unless it’s a manufacturing condition such as poor calibration and/or sizing.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. We will offer an exchange or store credit only.
Items must be in “unused condition and original boxes”.
Shade, texture and character variations are inherent and accepted in natural stone products. We do not accept any responsibility after the material is installed.
All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee. Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways if seller is not at fault. Including items that were sent as free shipping. The shipping cost to you will be deducted from your refund.
